The Easter Egg Archive has nothing to do with the common Easter Egg. Easter Eggs are also known as little bits that are added to songs, films, computer programs, etc that have little messages for the viewer/listener or are mistakes left in the final edit.
The Easter Egg Archive is a great site that has lists of little games and things hidden in computer programs, the meanings of little bits in songs and reasons why directors place the odd image or subliminal message in a film/programme. There are so many things here that it really taps into your 'Geek Side' and forces you to trawl through the whole lot.

In the show Lianne Cartman is a hermaphrodite, crack-whore, pornstar slut...Treys revenge!
Film - The Shawshank Redemption
When you watch the Shawshank Redemption notice the parole papers that are used for Red, Morgan Freemans character. On it is a photograph of Red when he was young. This isn't a picture of a young Morgan Freeman but a picture of Morgan Freemans son.
Song - 'Third Stone From the Sun' by Jimi Hendrix
Find a copy of "Are You Experienced?" by The Jimi Hendrix Experience on Lp. Find a turntable capable of playing the old "78's". Cue up "Third Stone From the Sun" on side two of the album. If you play said song at the normal listening speed of "33",the "vocals" are incoherent. If you play the song at "78", however, you will hear what are apparently alien(s) in a spaceship approaching Earth and discussing the ramifications thereof!
