I take it you found this site from this page - http://www.shiola.co.uk/link_of_the_week19.shtml - did you see you can buy your own pole for your home? I'm from Worthing on the South Coast, near Brighton, so you're kind of local....compared to Melbourne and Bombay anyway.

Have you seen www.mypole.co.uk? It seems to be the premier UK poledancing site - but stick around here too, I'm sure some of us could do with some tips.

So tell us some basic rules of the game.....
