I got all cultural at the weekend and hired a French film with subtitles - Amelie. I had heard good things about it and so decided to get it out.
It is actually really good, excellent infact. Very French but in a good way :wink: Kept me glued to the screen for the whole time, plus Audrey Tautou who plays the main role of Amelie is very cute.
Loads of little things going on to keep you watching with nice little stories being interwined during the film. More ideas in this one film than has come from Hollywood this whole year.
Definately one to watch - Boys, you can impress your lady with a French subtitled film AND genuingly want to watch it.
