Since this only includes the top 25 innovations from the past 25 yrs.
I'd have to say they forget the innovations of the sex toy industry as well.
Like the F@#%ing Machines that are available to women...or for the male gay persuasion out there.

They also forgot the Space Shuttle first implemented in 1981.
Space Stations such as MIR, etc.
The addition of private programs to let civilians travel into space as well.
And what about synthetic or blend oils for the automotive industry and synthetic fiber used in textiles?
Where were the Genetically Engineered Crops or Genetic Engineering on animals for non-medical reasons??
The Breathalizer Test?
Breast Implantation surgery could be marginal as it is mostly for cosmetic reasons not entirely medical or health related either?
And what about:
1980: vaccine for hepatitis-B invented (can't forget this even though it is a medical advancement)
1982: human growth hormones genetically engineered (don't forget this one either)
1983: soft bifocal contact lenses introduced.
1986: first disposable camera introduced
