Maybe you should do away with the pigtails and maybe put some highlights in your hair. It may make you look a little older and sophisticated. I don't know what your hair looks like when it's down. Maybe longer would look good.

My friend's sister did all that. Before, people thought she was like 14 even though she was really 20. It made a big difference. Of course, she started wearing nicer clothes too. However, she had hair down to her waist and cut it so it is a lot shorter. I always thought she was pretty cute, now she looks good. Too bad I don't see her anymore...she lives 600 miles away.

I don't know if dying your hair a bright color would do much for you, unless you are into that.
